Cedar Nursery prides itself on its quality of service. Our aim is simple - to provide flexible high quality childcare by employing and retaining motivated
and talented staff. We believe our Our recent Care Commission inspection report provides excellent evidence of this.
In addition, it has always been Cedar policy to operate staff to child ratios in excess of that required by legislation. We habitually plan and operate
on a 1:4 ratio (the legal minimum being 1:8). This ensures lower levels
of stress within the team, and a correspondingly better experience for your child. We take pride in our very low level of staff turnover.
